Wednesday, April 15, 2009 this post is specially for damn SHANNON! note: i didn't use this recipe for my brownies ar. recipe for white chocolate and cashewnut brownies: 100g SCS unsalted butter 40g sunshine plain flour 200g cooking chocolate 2tbsp water 80g castor sugar 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 150g white chocolate chopped 90g cashewnut chopped 1)preheat oven at 170*C 2)combine butter, chocolate and water in a small saucepan. Stir low heat until mixture is smooth. Add in sugar and stir till dissolved. Remove from heat, add in vanilla, eggs and flour and mix until well- combined. 3)Stir white chocolate and cashewnut into mixture. Spoon into aluminium loaf pan and bake for 45mins or until top is firm to touch. 4)Cool in tin before cutting into slices SHANNON! THANK ME((: i missed my half an hour of TABLE GLORY alr D: |
