(: Friday, December 18, 2009 hello! nyahahahah. okay i think i'm high tdy. kind of. trng was funnnnn but weirddddd. hee! yu lao shi gave us sweeeeets! toblerone! fruit plus! kit kat! lollipop! heh. fat fat fat (: whee! okay trng rocks so much. my whole world turned upside down cos i almost died (: but it was fun! (((((: yesyesyes! we rannn! omg scary manxzxz. 1st to 4th level runnn cover the whole area zomggggg. i freaked out manxzxz. some more last person in the line O: last person run fasterrr! grrr. heh. okay finally run back to 3rd floor then stop. hee i so happy! thennn got competition zomg! twiceee! first one is like run one by one then need to chase aft the person in front of you but she'll have headstart of 30secs. O: 2nd one is grp vs grp! hee in joline's grp! we got 2 more ppl than the other grp kay! :D heh heh heh. but we still win them! run from 3rd floor to 2nd floor back up to 3rd floor. sounds so-not-tiring-but-it-is-tiring. X: zomg scaryyy cos shannen was running with me pushing me to run faster. nyarghhhh. i was sprinting all the way i guess. except for the stairs part (: heeeeeee! 'run faster!' 'sprint!' 'take bigger strides!' heh. those are the pressurising ones. the nice ones are like 'jiayou!' 'a bit more!' haha. yes yes yes O: heh. and we did this for like 1 1/2 hr O: okay i like that part a lot a lot i wanna do it again. its so good for my stamina manxzxz. and and and joline and yenyi and shannen run so fast zomg. okayokay. i wanna run up to my house 12th floor come back down again and again to train! (: wheee! (HAHAHA I MANAGED TO MAKE TENG YU FENG SO JEALOUS OF ME ;p) |
