HEEEEEEEEH (: yest's appointment at cgh, phsio. i'm like supposed to do physio at home on my own (DIY!! HAHAHAH) everyday : some invisible chair thing and 3 other exercises total 4 :O 1st ex: 10sec x50 2nd ex: x20 3rd ex: 20 x3sets 4th ex: 20 x3sets :O :O :O :O :O and i got no more mc cos my freaking mc ends tdy and gahh, trng resumes and jogging and pe. but in actual fact i'm still not supposed to train till next month. i asked the ang moh guy for mc and he said he can't give me any cos only the doc can give. so for the mean time, i have to ice my knee aft every physical activity. how great. i'm supposed to ask the aunty in the canteen for ice all the time? where am i supposed to hide my face manxzxz. mon- noth tues- trng+jogging x2 icing wed- trng x1 icing thurs- trng+pe x2 icing fri- jogging x1 icing. i'm gonna meet the aunty x6 a week excluding when i buy drink just to ask for ice. how great how great. where do i hide my face then? grrr. okay, byeee (: |
